Disclaimer

The Sull Systems Rewards Programme is offered as a goodwill gesture to thank clients for their continued business and ongoing project partnerships. It is not intended to act as an incentive or inducement to engage in new business with Sull Systems, nor does it form part of any contractual agreement.

Eligibility is determined based on total annual spend and will be reviewed at the end of each calendar year. Clients will be notified of their applicable tier (Sapphire, Emerald, or Diamond) and the associated services available.

The total work time allocated under each tier must not exceed:

  • 1 week equivalent for Sapphire
  • 2 weeks equivalent for Emerald
  • 3 weeks equivalent for Diamond

This work time may be split across multiple site visits or remote sessions. It will not necessarily be delivered in a single period and must be used within the awarded calendar year. Unused time or benefits will not roll over to future years and are non-transferable.

Sull Systems reserves the right to:

  • Delay the scheduling of rewards based on resource availability
  • Offer alternative dates or delivery formats if originally requested dates are not feasible
  • Withdraw, amend, or substitute elements of the Rewards Programme at any time without prior notice
  • Decline to provide services in cases where participation is deemed unreasonable, abusive, or impractical

All rewards are subject to availability and delivered at Sull Systems’ discretion, in good faith and within reasonable operational boundaries. Participation in the Rewards Programme does not entitle any client to guaranteed service windows, fixed delivery periods, or preferential treatment beyond the scope of the outlined rewards.
